Each project under SPMA operates privately, guided by its own bylaws, yet protected by the Association’s collective shield.
What is a Project?
A project can be:
- A business or enterprise
- An educational or research initiative
- A community or wellness program
- A creative or technological development.
- As long as it operates within the private domain, a project can stand under SPMA’s jurisdiction.
How Projects Operate:
- Each project is structured in "private trust" with a corporate trustee model (we can assist)
- The project sets its own bylaws and governance
- The Council of Founding Members ensures projects remain aligned with SPMA’s jurisdiction
- Projects remain independent, yet gain strength through association
