FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Specere Private Members Association (SPMA)?

SPMA is a private jurisdiction created by and for its members. It is not a government entity, not a corporation, and not under public statute. We operate through private agreement, lawful trust structures, and the collective strength of association.

What does it mean to be a member?

Membership means you step into private jurisdiction. You agree to operate under the bylaws of SPMA and enjoy the protections, benefits, and community that come with it. You are no longer acting as a “minor” under government fiction, but as a sovereign man or woman within private contract.

Is SPMA legal?

Yes. Private associations are recognised worldwide as lawful. As long as our affairs remain within the private domain and among consenting members, our operations are protected by contract and association law.

Who can join?

SPMA is open to men and women who understand and respect the principles of sovereignty, responsibility, and private association. Membership is by private application — not everyone will qualify.

What are “projects” under SPMA?

Projects are enterprises, initiatives, or services that operate within the private jurisdiction of SPMA. Each project is governed by its own bylaws, supported by the Association, and protected under private trust and trustee structures.

How is SPMA governed?

SPMA is overseen by the Council of Founding Members, similar to a board but operating on a larger scale. This council ensures the integrity of the Association, maintains its jurisdiction, and supports the autonomy of each project.

What are the benefits of joining SPMA?

- Protection under a lawful private jurisdiction

- Freedom to operate outside the matrix of government control

- Access to a network of aligned members and projects

Support in structuring your project within private trust and corporate trustee models

How do I apply for membership?

Applications are made by private request only. Interested individuals must complete a membership agreement and be accepted by the Association. Details will be provided upon inquiry.
